Anyone can teach the courses.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Rebecca L. Fiedler designed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingeducation.org\/BBST\/instructor\/\">BBST Instructors Course<\/a> to teach people who had taken BBST how to teach it. Over several years, we&#8217;ve been working on an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingeducation.org\/BBST\/instructor\/BBSTInstructorsManual_Sept2012.pdf\">Instructors&#8217; Manual<\/a> to support the course, publishing several drafts for review.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Fiedler, Doug Hoffman and I have finally finished <a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingeducation.org\/BBST\/instructor\/BBSTInstructorsManual_Sept2012.pdf\">the manual, a 357-page book<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingeducation.org\/BBST\/instructor\/BBSTInstructorsManual_Sept2012.pdf\">You can find it here<\/a>, at the web page for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingeducation.org\/BBST\/instructor\/\">BBST Instructors Course<\/a>. (Like BBST, the BBST instructors course materials are available to the world for free.
